Pregnancy and Postpartum Yoga and Meetup

I am excited to collaborate with Live Beyond Limit for a pregnancy and postpartum mommy and me yoga class. We will start off with the yoga session and have time after class to catch up and talk about anything on your mind. A suggested donation of $10 would go towards the yoga instructor and space, but not necessary to join. 

All new and seasoned parents, expecting or in the fourth trimester, are welcome to join me for this inclusive meet-up. As your doula I will provide evidence-based information, answer questions, give you space to share, and connect you with local resources. It is a great place to find community and friendship and have some snacks and drinks.

Partners and babies, are welcome and encouraged to join!
