I am excited to hold a FREE, inclusive pregnancy and postpartum support group to Northern Colorado. This is for new and seasoned parents to come together in a judgement free space. We meet in-person twice a month. We will discuss topics at each meet, give evidence-based information, and have amazing guest speakers to talk about all thing's pregnancy and postpartum. Please come as you are. Partners and babies are all welcome and encouraged to join. I look forward to seeing you there!
